Support through challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals
Welcome to Kudzu Counseling. As someone with ADHD, PTSD and Tourette Syndrome, I deeply understand the effects of neurodivergence and trauma in everyday life. I’m here to provide strategy, structures, and processing for those who need it.
How I can help
Individual Therapy
I provide one-on-one therapy to those who want to work on themselves. I specialize in ADHD, trauma, self-criticism and shame, depression, and anxiety.
Consultation calls
If you aren’t feeling sure about me, that’s no problem. I offer a free 30 minute consultation to anyone looking to get started.
How I Approach Therapy
My sessions blend compassion, curiosity, and humor. I help clients slow down, reconnect to their feelings, and build tools that actually fit their life. I work with what you bring in, and we can move at your pace and incorporate your interests into treatment.
Practical skills
I offer tools and techniques to help with struggles in daily life. With ADHD, I use cognitive, relational, and behavioral strategies to overcome barriers to progress, improve motivation, and challenge shame. I am trained in trauma treatment methods including Written Exposure Therapy.
Neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ affirming
I am deeply experienced with and fully accepting of the neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, and other communities. I offer services through telehealth and in person.
Rates and fees
I charge $165 for sessions ranging from 45 minutes to a full hour long, and can negotiate fees for longer or shorter sessions. I accept payment through Zelle, HSA, and all major credit cards.
I offer sliding scale prices based on your income and through the Open Path Collective.
